Thanks to the generosity of some of our supporters, we are really excited to be able to offer this fund again to help enable those who would not otherwise be able to attend the Festival due to financial constraints.
The fund is only available for the pass to The Equip Festival 2024 itself, you will still need to cover the cost of getting to the festival, your accommodation and food at the event.
It is likely that we will receive a higher demand for funds than is available, so please carefully complete this form if there is a genuine need for help, so we can discern where the need is greatest.

As much as we want to, sadly One Way UK can’t afford to give out free places, however we hope that others may be able to help.
This is why we established the “Make It Possible” fund.
This is our way of matching up people’s kindness and generosity with the need that is out there.
Every £25 that is donated to the fund equates to one day of the conference to be gifted, with £50 gifting two days, and £75 contributing a full 3 days. Want to contribute but can’t manage the cost of a full pass? It’s also possible to donate smaller contributions to the fund too!
